These calls between October 22, 2014, and November 17, 2023, targeted California residents and businesses.

Who’s Eligible for Up to \$5,000?

If you lived or ran a business in California and received one or more calls from Credit Wholesale during the specified period even if you weren’t a Wells Fargo customer you qualify. Each eligible call could earn you approximately \$86, with potential payouts per claimant reaching up to \$5,000, depending on the total number of claims filed.

How to File a Claim

You need to submit a claim by April 11, 2025, including just your phone number (or business name, if applicable). No other proof is required. Claim forms are available online or by mail through the settlement administrator’s portal.

Settlement Approval and Payout Timing

A final approval hearing took place on May 20, 2025. After court approval, settlement checks are being sent out. Expect your payment to arrive within weeks of approval.

What If You Miss the Deadline?

The claim cut-off of April 11 is firm. Late submissions won’t qualify, and there will be no extensions.
